Day 1ARRIVE NEW YORK – THE BIG APPLE

Welcome to New York!! After the custom formalities, proceed towards the meeting point outside the baggage hall. Transfer to the hotel on your own .Your tour manager will meet you at the hotel. Later in the evening, transfer to the Indian restaurant for dinner. Transfer to our hotel and check in. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2STATUE OF LIBERTY - EMPIRE STATE BUILDING - NEW YORK CITY TOUR -TIMES SQUARE

After an Indian breakfast in Indian restaurant depart for Statue of Liberty tour. Board the cruise and set sail for wonderful views of the Statue of Liberty. Later, visit the 86th Floor Observatory of the Empire State Building for a bird's-eye view of the city. Later, proceed for guided city tour. Enjoy the land marks of New York City like Wall Street, Rocker Feller centre, World Trade Centre Site-Ground Zero, Broadway, The trump tower, etc. Later on, Visit the famous and forever lively, Times Square. Times Square is the most bustling square of New York and is known for its many Broadway theatres, cinemas and super signs. It is one of those places that make New York a city that never sleeps. Overnight at Hotel

Day 3NEW YORK – WASHINGTON D.C – CITY TOUR

Morning after an Indian breakfast in Indian restaurant, Proceed for Washington D.C. Arrive and visit the famous Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. The Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum has the largest collection of historic air and spacecraft in the world. Later enjoy the city tour with Capitol Building, White House, World War 2 memorial, Washington monument, Lincoln memorial and more. (Most of the monuments are being visited from outside.) After dinner check into the hotel.

Day 4WASHINGTON – HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD - NIAGARA FALLS CANADA

After breakfast check out. Depart for Niagara Falls, Canada. Enroute have lunch. Visit the sweetest place on Earth: Hershey’s Chocolate World. Continue journey towards Niagara Falls. When you reach Niagara Falls, WOW! You won’t be able to keep this word away from your lips. There are dozens of taller waterfalls in the world, but in terms of sheer volume these falls are unbeatable: more than a million bathtubs of water plummet over the edge every second from the Horse shoe falls which are the best experienced when we are on the Canadian Side. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Niagara Canada. (Rooms will be standard. No Falls view room.)Today will be a very long day.FOR USA SIDE PAX: WASHINGTON - HERSHEYS CHOCOLATE WORLD - NIAGARA FALLS USA After breakfast at the hotel check out. Depart for Niagara Falls, USA. Day 5NIAGARA FALLS

Today morning after breakfast, depart from the hotel. View the falls coming over you and experience the thrill with the breathtaking ‘Horn blower Niagara Cruise’. View the thundering Horse shoe falls along with the American, and the Bridal Veil falls. (Due to weather conditions, this ride operates from the last week of May. All tours travelling before last week of May will enjoy Sky Wheel).Enjoy the Journey behind the Falls. After dinner visit the Skylon Tower and see Niagara Falls at night. The only thing more beautiful than Niagara Falls by day is that same natural wonder at night, shimmering out of the darkness illuminated by a rainbow of colored lights. Overnight in Niagara Canada. FOR USA SIDE PASSENGERS, WHO WILL NOT BE GOING TO CANADA: After breakfast, transfer for the breathtaking ‘Maid of the Mist' boat ride. View the thundering Horse shoe falls along with the American, and the Bridal Veil falls. (Due to weather conditions, this ride operates from the last week of May). Later after lunch enjoy the Cave of the winds - Soak up the experience of being closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible, on a spectacular Niagara Falls tour. Later return to hotel and walk across the road for lunch. Evening is free at leisure to enjoy the mystic falls on your own. You can also visit the optional activities there. Day 6NIAGARA FALLS – TORONTO – NIAGARA USA

After breakfast, Check out of the hotel. Proceed to Toronto, enjoy lunch and transfer for the guided city tour of Toronto. Later transfer to Niagara Falls USA side. Complete immigration formalities and then transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Niagara USA.FOR USA SIDE PASSENGERS, WHO WILL NOT BE GOING TO CANADA: After breakfast, Day is free to explore the falls region on your own. Day 7NIAGARA FALLS – ORLANDO

Today morning after breakfast, proceed towards Niagara falls USA. Transfer to Buffalo airport for your flight to Orlando. Arrive Orlando and overnight

Day 8ORLANDO – CRUISE

After breakfast, depart for Port Canaveral for your 3 Nights Royal CaribbeanBahamas cruise. Afternoon check into the cruise and enjoy lunch on board. RoyalCaribbean is a 7 star luxury on the seas. Overnight in cruise.

Day 9ON CRUISE - NASSAU

Enjoy the wonderful cruise amenities on board. Today cruise will take you to Nassau. Enjoy the optional excursions and water sports activities (shore excursions on your own).The Bahamas capital has beautiful beaches and charming old-world architecture. But Nassau is also a vital contemporary area offering shopping, restaurants and more. Overnight in cruise.

Day 10ON CRUISE – COCO CAY

This private island paradise is available exclusively to Royal Caribbean guests. Itssugar-white beaches are a wonderland of adventure and activity. With nature trailsand aquatic facilities, Coco Cay offers optional activities for everyone, fromparasailing to sipping delicious "Coco Locos" on a hammock. Later go for the IMAX theaters, where you can feel thethrill of space exploration on five-story screens as you "float' alongside NASAastronauts. Day 12ORLANDO – DISNEY’S MAGIC KINGOM

Today morning after breakfast, depart for Magic kingdom. Day 13ORLANDO - DISNEY’S EPCOT CENTRE

Today morning after breakfast, transfer for Epcot centre. The Epcot theme park icon, Spaceship Earth, looking like a giant golf ball rising high above the horizon, welcomes you as you walk through the Park's main entrance. Day 14ORLANDO – SEA WORLD

Today morning after breakfast, transfer to Sea World. A visit to this premier Marine Adventure Park will change your views about the sea and sea life forever. The only place on Earth where the magic of the sea and sky comes to life and gives you the most thrilling, challenging, and splashing moments to treasure for a long time. A complete world of unlimited fun and adventures and don’t forget the high speed coaster rides. You will encounter exotic sea animals, get up-close with the killer shark, feed & play with the dolphins or witness the famous Shamu (the regal prince of the deep) when it comes splashing….and more! Overnight in hotel. Packed snacks to be taken inside the park will be provided.

Day 15ORLANDO – CHICAGO ARCHITECHTURAL CRUISE

Today morning transfer to Orlando airport for your flight to Chicago. Arrive Chicago and transfer for lunch. Later depart for Navy Pier; it is the playground of entertainment, museums, activities, restaurants and shops. Enjoy a tour of the Architectural Cruise on Chicago River. After dinner check into the hotel.

Day 16WILLIS TOWER - CHICAGO CITY TOUR

Today morning after breakfast, visit the observatory deck of the Willis Tower previously known as the Sears Tower. Later enjoy the city tour Chicago – the windy city. Enjoy the points like the Wrigley square, Cloud Gate, Buckingham Fountain and more in the tour. Later transfer to Swaminarayan temple (subject to darshan timings). After dinner overnight at the hotel.

Day 17CHICAGO – LAS VEGAS - LAS VEGAS DOUBLE DECKER TOUR

Today morning transfer to airport for your flight to Las Vegas. Arrive Las Vegas - Vegas is the ultimate escape. Time is irrelevant here. In the evening, proceed for the tour of the city of lights in the evening sitting in a Double Decker Bus. Enjoy the famous sights of the city sitting on the open top bus by night. Then we will move on to the Fremont Street. This street is famous for glittering lights, stunning visuals, sound effects and crowds of people. Passing through the Bellagio hotel, see the very famous Bellagio fountain show (time permitting). Later check into the hotel. Overnight in Vegas.

Day 18HOOVER DAM TOUR – STRATOSPHERE TOWER

Transfer to Indian restaurant for Indian breakfast. Visit the Hoover Dam, once known as Boulder Dam, is a concrete arch-gravity dam in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between the US states of Arizona and Nevada, by bus. Then you have free time to explore the city on your own. Try your luck in the best casinos across the strip or just see the themed hotels which are the attractions itself. Have lunch. Transfer to Stratosphere Tower. See the panoramic view of the city from the observation deck here and feel once of a life time experience. After Dinner transfer to hotel.

Day 19GRAND CANYON AIRPLANE - LAS VEGAS

Morning proceed for the airplane tour of the Grand Canyon. Cleaving a mile deep into the earth and averaging 10 miles across, it compels even the most jaded traveler to pause and draw breath. Snaking along its floor are 277 miles of the Colorado River, which has carved the canyon over the past six million years and exposed rocks up to two billion years old – half the age of the Earth (Please Note: We are having Ariel view of Grand Canyon Tour from sky only) . Today walk to the Indian restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. After Dinner walk back to hotel.

Day 20LAS VEGAS – LOS ANGELES – CITY TOUR

Morning after breakfast, depart for Los Angeles. Proceed for the Guided city tour of Los Angeles- “the Sunny City, A Shinny City of Reinvention”. Have spectacular views of the Hollywood Sign, the skyscrapers of Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood Sign, Beverly Hills, Dolby theatre and Rodeo Drive where you can shop with the stars. Then, after cruising down the famous Sunset Strip, we’re on to Hollywood Blvd take a stroll on the Walk of Fame where you’ll see the stars of your favorite actors and actresses, like Leonardo Di Caprio, Julia Roberts and many more. After dinner transfer to hotel in Los Angeles.

Day 21 UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

The future is now at Universal Studios! The world’s largest film and television studio brings you a theme park of your favorite movies in thrilling and fun adventures. Go ‘"behind the scenes" as you learn movie industry secrets and how special effects are used to make your favorite movies come to life. Dare to ride Revenge of the Mummy, the Ride. You’ll be thrilled by the virtual 3D adventures of Shrek 4D and the Transformers take the world-famous Studio Tour and you may see movie stars filming at the working sound stages. Don’t get too wet watching the Water world show, it’s a splash! From Universal transfer for dinner. After dinner transfer to hotel.

Day 22LOS ANGELES - 17 MILE DRIVE - SAN FRANCISCO

Today after breakfast depart for “San Francisco- the Bay City.’ Move on the 17 mile drive, the most scenic route in USA. Arrive, San Francisco and Have dinner. Check into the hotel and overnight.

Day 23SAN FRANCISCO – BAY CRUISE – CABLE CAR

Today morning after breakfast; depart for Bay Cruise and view the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island from your cruise. Then enjoy Ride on the San Francisco cable car system, which is the world's last permanently operational manually operated cable car system (subject to traffic & queues’ conditions). Transfer for lunch. After lunch depart for San Francisco City tour with Civic Centre, Union Square, Nob Hill, and Lombard Street – the crookiest street on earth. Transfer for dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 24BACK HOME

After an American breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the airport on your own for your flight back home with wonderful memories of the tour

  • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. HIR INTERNATIONAL will not be held responsible for them.
  • Tour Manager – Your tour manager will be receiving you at the New York airport. It is not necessary that the tour manager travels with you in the flights.
  • If passengers are deviating from tour then they have to reach hotel on their own.
  • The JD – Joining Direct passengers have to reach the hotel on their own on the first and the last hotel of their tour. Airport transfers are not included for the same.
  • American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
  • Indian Breakfast will not be in Hotel premises. It will be in the Indian Restaurant.
  • Lunches may be a combination of Indian / Continental or local vegetarian or packed. Local lunch can be pizza, pasta or Mexican or subway. But all vegetarian.
  • Price is valid for minimum 40 Passengers traveling together. HIR INTERNATIONAL reserves right to cancel or Change date of departure in case of inadequate members in the Group.
  • International Hotel Standard Check in time 1500 hrs Check out Time 1100hrs
  • There is No Refund for unutilized Services.
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
  • A meal doesn’t include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices.
  • All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
  • Porterage is not included. The passengers have to carry their own luggage from coach to room and rooms to coach on their own.
  • Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD 25-35 per check in bag, per flight for internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport if more than 1 bag per person by themselves.
  • It is advisable to book 60 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost.
  • Overseas Medical Insurance is strongly suggestible for your travel.
Points To Be Noted For East Coast :
  • If the flight arrival is in the morning, then you need to wait in the hotel lobby as check in time is 3 pm.
  • In New York & Niagara Falls, the sequence of the tour can be changed depending on the circumstances. The tour leader will be the final authority for the same.
  • We will not be getting down on the Liberty Island. The cruise will be getting closer to the statue form where you can click pictures and get amazing views.
Points To Be Noted For Orlando & Cruise:
  • The shore excursions booked on Coco Cay and Nassau will be additional and to be paid by the passengers directly to the cruise company.
  • The Fire crackers show will be experienced for 1 day only. If passengers want to see the show in both the parks then they have to make their own way for dinner and to the hotel.
Points To Be Noted For Chicago:
  • Depending on the weather and flight timings, Architectural cruise can be changed to either the next day as well.
Points To Be Noted For West Coast:
  • If the flight arrival is in the morning, then you need to wait in the hotel lobby as check in time is 3 pm.
  • The up gradation for Grand Canyon tour will have to be booked from here itself. Please let us know in advance if you want to upgrade.

  • 60 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.60000/-
  • 59 Days to 45 Days prior to Departure Rs.95000/-
  • 34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure 85% of the Tour Cost
  • With 7 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
Cancellation Policy- Refunds
  • There will be no refund on utilized services.
  • Due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, heavy traffic, rain etc or you did not use services such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour, Hotels, cruises, Optional Tours it is clearly understood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever.
  • Any refund (if due) process will take minimum 30 days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to be refunded.
  • Refunds will be given in Indian Rupees and thru Cheque or Bank Transfers only even though payment by cash.
  • If refund is due in foreign currency the rate of exchange will be considered on the day when refund is made and not the day when the payment was made.
Payment Policy
  • Initial deposit - Rs. 60,000/ + USA visa fees to confirm your booking with us.
  • 2nd Payment - While applying for Visa.
  • 3rd Payment - Rs.1, 10,000/- 75 Days Prior to your Departure.
  • 4th Payment – Rs.1, 10,000/- 45 Days Prior to your Departure.
  • 100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.
  • The initial deposit money will be towards the INR portion.
  • The USD component will never be freezed. ROE will be considered on the date of payments given, towards USD portion.
T&C- Baggage
  • On the tour luggage allowance in the coach will be one handbag and one suitcase per person.
  • Portage in Any of Tours is not included. It will be passenger’s responsibility to carry their bags to and from the Coach and their room.
T&C- Broucher Accuracy
  • All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour.
T&C- Coach and Coach Captians
  • It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
  • Coach Captains are bound by American laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
  • In some Coaches an emergency washroom is available. Keeping in mind hygiene standards it can be used only in case of severe emergency. We try to make sufficient stops to ensure the comfort of our passengers.
  • For our tours we do have all sizes of coaches such as 30 seater, 49 seater and 55 seater. We choose coach as per number of participants in the tour and we tend to use full capacity of our coach with no seat or hardly a seat or two empty in the coach.
  • Our coaches will not have any WIFI facilities on board the coach.
T&C- Deviation Charge
  • If you wish to deviate your tour from the group on return to India the same is permitted. You will have to pay Rs. 10,000/- per person per deviation plus difference of airfare as per availability of the date you wish to travel on. Pre tour deviations are not possible on Group airfare. If you wish to go earlier than Group departure date than you are required to pay the difference of individual airfare and Group airfare.
T&C- Joining Direct Policy
  • International airfare not included.
  • Passengers need to reach to the hotel of first destination on their own. Airport transfers are not included for Direct Joining passengers.
  • Passengers’ tour will end at the hotel in the last city. They need to transfer to airport on their own expense.
  • The JD cost does not include the cost of USA visa and Canada visa.
T&C- Minimum Participation
  • Operations of Groups Tour to USA is subject to Minimum Participation of 35 paying adult passengers
  • Tours specified in the brochure / itinerary is subject to minimum participation of paying participants. If the participants are below the minimum prescribed or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or without assigning any reason the company reserves right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary or cancel a tour without incurring the liability to pay any compensation.
  • Under such circumstances amount paid by you will be refunded forthwith after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us like visa, travel insurance and the like but no compensation is payable. All refunds shall be given in Indian Rupees and thru cheque or bank transfers only.
  • If company decides to operate the tour with participation below minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as “individual traveller” the company reserves right to collect additional amount in case any. Persons travelling as individual travellers such cases will not be provided certain services including that of tour manager and the client may travel in the same itinerary with some amendments such as in coach, airport transfers, which re at fixed times etc.
