Day 1: Arrive Jammu _ Katra 50 kms / 1:50 hours approximately)

Arrive Katra upon arrival you will meet our representative and drive to Katra. The distance is about 50 kms covered in 1:30 hours upon arrival in Katra Check into the hotel.

Day 2: Katra – Vaishno devi – Katra

After breakfast early in the morning we proceed further to visit the Holy temple of Vaishno Devi. This temple is situated on the top of the hill. From Katra to Vaishno Devi pilgrimage is about 13Kms. To visit the temple one has to hire a pony or travel by foot. After visiting the temple we return back to Katra.

Day 3: Katra – Pahalgam (240 kms / 6:00 hours approximately)

After Breakfast Drive to Pahalgam “Valley of Shepherds“. On arrival check in at the Hotel in Pahalgam enjoy the nature and admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings. a best place for a Honeymoon Couple surrounded by snow clad mountains with dense forest of pine and devdar trees, vast meadows, and Fresh Fast running river. The natural beauty makes it a popular hill station of India. You can go trekking along the mountainous path and explore the beauty on the way.

Day 4: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy your full day in Pahalgam, One can also enjoy a pony ride to nearby places like Chandanwadi (on a direct hire basis) or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage.

Day 5: Pahalgam -Gulmarg (140Kms / 3:30 hours approximately)

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 140 Kms will be covered in about 3:30 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. Later visirt local market in Gulmarg.

Day 6: Gulmarg_ Srinagar (56kms / 2:00 hours approximately)

After breakfast Visit Gulmarg Gondola Ride One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Known as Gondola (on direct pay basis).
After drive to Srinagar and enjoy the site scene of the famous

Shalimar “Garden of Love”
Nishat Garden “Garden of Pleasure”
Shankaracharya Temple.

Day 7: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar (86 kms / 3:30 hours approximately)

After breakfast leave with a full day excursion for Sonmarg “The meadow of gold. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonmarg is also called “The meadow of gold” .Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer. Drive back from Sonmarg to Srinagar.

Day 8: Srinagar – Doodhpathri – Srinagar

Morning after breakfast drive to Doodhpathri or “Valley of Milk”, situated 50 kms from Srinagar is definitely an unexplored place in Kashmir. You will certainly love the green meadows, pristine environment and serenity. You will definitely meet a sphere who will be keeping a watchful eye on his flock grazing on the verdant meadows and some cattle and horses. On reaching the river, you can soak your feet in the clear and icy water. God, it felt like my feet were frozen and numb for a second. The best thing to enjoy here is the ride on horses to the bottom of snow covered mountains and trekking. Drive back from Doodhpathri to Srinagar.

Day 8: Srinagar- Onward destination

After breakfast, enjoy the morning in Srinagar and get ready for transfer to the airport / Railway Station to board your scheduled flight for onward destination.

Notes

• Our vehicle is not allowed to do any intercity transfers in Gulmarg. Hence our vehicle in Gulmarg will be used for pick up and drop only. In case of night stay in Gulmarg our vehicle will drop guests at respected booked hotel & on next day our vehicle will pick up them and proceed towards next destination, and if there is day excursion to Gulmarg then our vehicle will drop guests at main taxi stand of Gulmarg.
